RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. If a shipping package or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us immediately: email@example.com or tel +44 (0)207 490 1771. Claims must be made within five (5) working days of receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us, undamaged, for a refund of the cost of the item within 30 days of receipt.

In addition to insuring your return for the retail amount, we strongly recommend that the order be sent with Secure Delivery. Should Magnum not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to send any requested items.
Please follow these instructions as failure to do so may result in problems processing your refund/exchange.
